You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return — no stress, no hassle.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
You’ll need a copy of your order number or receipt.
Items must be purchased directly from forevervital.com.
Opened a product by mistake? We get it. Email us anyway — we'll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis.

Reason for return
(Optional) Photo of the item or issue
We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions.
Ship the item back using your preferred carrier. We recommend a trackable service for peace of mind.
Once we receive your return:
We’ll inspect and confirm its condition.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
You’ll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
Heads up: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ll make it right, fast.
